Job Responsibilities: -

- Basic Knowledge of Preferable Heat Exchanger and Pressure Vessel Equipment
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- knowledge about Thermodynamic principles
- Level II qualification in LPT, DPT, RT, UT etc.
- PPAP, FMEA, Cost to quality, Root cause analysis
- Inward, in process and Final inspections of subassembly and testing of compressor and its parts
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes
- Responsible for supplier and stage wise inspection of raw material, components from supplier, inhouse manufactured assemblies/ components and final equipment.




- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
- Visit suppliers for supplier evaluation, inspection and identification of improvements at their end for improvement in quality.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Qualification – B.E Mechanical Engineering

Key Skills Required- IMS, SAP, Welding, Industry 3.0

Quality Standards-ISO, ASME, BIS, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 8D, RCA

Experience required- Minimum 10 years

Industry & Experience- Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Fabrication, Machining, Automobile industries

Work Location: Chakan, Pune Maharashtra
