Job Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support SAP Business One and ERP applications, including basic troubleshooting and user assistance.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, email, and system-related issues.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for technical support and issue resolution.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory records, software licenses, and system documentation.
- Assist in system backups, data security, antivirus updates, and access management.
- Support ERP reports, user accounts,



and routine IT operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across the office and warehouse.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Basic working knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, LAN, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

B.Tech / B.E. graduate in IT or Computer Science with hands-on experience in IT support, hardware, software, networking, and SAP/ERP support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
