About the Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic graduates who want to build a long-term career in field sales. As a Relationship Manager in Delhi, you will represent the organization in the market, connect with local merchants, and help them adopt digital business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential merchants in your assigned territory in Delhi
- Schedule and conduct merchant meetings, aligned with your reporting lead
- Understand merchant requirements and present suitable business solutions
- Drive merchant onboarding and adoption of digital solutions
- Build and maintain solid, long-term merchant relationships
- Generate leads through field activities and networking
- Follow up regularly and ensure timely closure of opportunities




- Meet assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of merchant interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth merchant onboarding experience
- Gather market intelligence and share insights to improve business strategies

Eligibility and Skills

- Graduate in any stream
- Freshers and candidates with relevant sales internship experience are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Local candidates (Delhi) preferred
