Project Planning and Execution:

· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for NDT testing on concrete structures.

· Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

· Assign tasks and responsibilities to the NDT team members and monitor their progress.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.

Team Management and Leadership:

· Lead a team of NDT technicians and inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

· Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, address challenges, and promote collaboration.

· Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.

Non-Destructive Testing Oversight:

· Review and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.

· Select appropriate NDT methods and techniques based on project requirements.

· Oversee the execution of NDT inspections, including concrete scanning, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, etc.

· Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting of NDT results.

· Collaborate with laboratory personnel for further analysis, if necessary.

Client Relationship Management:

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders,



addressing their concerns and inquiries.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients regarding NDT procedures and best practices.

· Communicate project progress, updates, and test results to clients in a clear and timely manner.

· Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services or future projects with clients.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations for NDT testing.

· Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.

· Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to procedures and safety protocols.

· Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.

· Documentation and Reporting:

· Prepare comprehensive project reports, including test results, findings, and recommendations.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including inspection reports, records, and certifications.

· Review and approve final reports and documentation prepared by the NDT team members.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
