- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates on end to end hiring process.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process HR paperwork, including leave requests, attendance records, and employee status changes.
- Assist with payroll by collecting and verifying employee time and attendance information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, orientations, and development programs.
- Help administer employee advantages, including enrollment and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain databases, and organize personnel files.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
