Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account & Dispatch Executive to oversee and optimize our Accounting & supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless operations and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
● Handle commercial accounting, including invoice processing, payment tracking, vendor reconciliation, and maintaining financial records.
● Oversee procurement, inventory control, and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials.
● Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure quality standards.
● Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
● Manage demand forecasting to align supply with business needs.
● Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.




● Optimize warehousing and distribution operations for cost-effectiveness.
● Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
● Lead and mentor the supply chain team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
● Flexible with different working hours.
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
● Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role.
● Robust knowledge of E-way bills, PI, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
● Strong leadership and team management abilities.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred:
● Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent).
● Experience in lean supply chain practices.
