Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ISO Consultant – Lead Auditor to support ISO implementation, compliance consulting, and audit delivery projects. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of ISO standards, experience in preparing and reviewing documentation, conducting audits, identifying non-conformities, and supporting clients throughout the certification process.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct ISO gap assessments, internal audits, and compliance assessments against applicable ISO standards.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 20000, as applicable.
- Prepare, review, and maintain ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, SOPs, risk assessments, and audit reports.
- Plan and coordinate audit activities, client meetings, implementation schedules, and project deliverables.
- Identify non-conformities, document audit findings, and support clients in developing corrective and preventive actions.
- Guide clients in implementing ISO requirements and preparing for external certification audits.
- Assess the effectiveness of management systems, risk management processes, and implemented controls.
- Coordinate with clients to monitor project progress, resolve compliance-related queries, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain audit schedules, project trackers, client records, and compliance documentation in the ICMS platform.
- Prepare project status updates and audit reports for management review.




- Support employee awareness sessions and client training on applicable ISO standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality, consistency, and timely completion of consulting and audit assignments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ISO consulting, auditing, implementation, or compliance management.
- Working knowledge of ISO standards and management system requirements.
- Practical experience in documentation, gap assessments, internal audits, and corrective action tracking.
- Good understanding of risk assessment, compliance evaluation, and audit reporting.
- Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Preferred Certifications

- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
- ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor
- ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Auditor certifications
- ISO 22301 or ISO/IEC 20000-1 Lead Auditor certifications

Relevant Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certifications are preferred. Candidates with multiple ISO certifications and practical implementation experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
