EngageWayz is looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Expert who understands direct response marketing and knows how to build advertising campaigns designed to generate measurable sales.

This role is for someone who understands more than campaign setup. You should be able to analyze why advertisements generate clicks but fail to convert, identify weaknesses in offers and landing pages, and recommend improvements based on actual performance data.

You will work on campaigns across digital products, e-commerce, physical products, and dropshipping.

What You Will Do

- Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram sales campaigns.
- Develop conversion-focused advertising strategies based on the product, offer, and target audience.
- Research customer pain points, buying motivations, and competitor advertising.
- Test different hooks, headlines, copy angles, creatives, and offers.
- Optimize campaigns for purchases, lead generation, and customer acquisition costs.
- Investigate high CPP, low CTR, expensive CPC, and poor landing page conversion rates.
- Analyze the complete advertising funnel, from impressions to completed purchases.
- Evaluate break-even CPP and ROAS targets before recommending scaling decisions.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.




- Improve campaign tracking and troubleshoot conversion events.
- Recommend landing page and checkout improvements.
- Maintain performance reports and document campaign experiments.

Essential Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Knowledge of direct response advertising and conversion-focused copy.
- Experience with sales funnels and website purchase campaigns.
- Understanding of CTR, CPM, CPC, CPP, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Ability to analyze data and identify actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Solid ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
