- Strong customer payment follow-ups and outstanding recovery.
- Effective MIS reporting, cash flow planning and financial analysis.
- Support competitive purchasing through domestic and international market analysis.
- Factory expansion budgeting, cost control and time-bound project monitoring.
- Ensure accurate accounting, statutory compliance and financial discipline.
Requirements:
- M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Robust leadership, analytical skills and Tally/ERP knowledge.
- Proactive, result-oriented and capable of independent decision-making.
