Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team at Evoort Solutions. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications using the Flutter framework for Android, iOS, and Desktop platforms. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to create exceptional user experiences and ensure the successful delivery of applications across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain applications using the Flutter framework.
- Develop and maintain applications for Android, iOS, and Desktop platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship recent features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Work closely with designers to implement attractive user interfaces and experiences.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate applications with server-side systems.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in application development.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, testing, and release management.

Requirements and Skills:





- Hands-on experience in application development using the Flutter framework.
- Proficiency in the Dart programming language.
- Practical work experience developing applications for Android, iOS, and Desktop platforms is required.
- Solid understanding of the full application development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of mobile and desktop UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party library integration.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of Flutter widgets, state management, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with other mobile development frameworks, such as React Native or NativeScript, is a plus.
- A portfolio of applications developed using Flutter is highly desirable.

Bonus Advantage: Basic to working knowledge of full-stack development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Firebase, or other backend technologies/databases) to bridge mobile and web/server-side needs.

Education:

Graduate from any recognized university (Preferred).

Experience:

Total work experience: 1–2 years (Preferred).

Candidates must have hands-on work experience in Android, iOS, and Desktop application development.
