Responsibilities: recruitment for office and plant roles, attendance and payroll processing, factory labour compliance records, and training coordination.
Requirements: MBA (HR preferred), at least 3 years of HR experience, and working knowledge of payroll and labour compliance such as PF and ESIC.
Work timing: 10am to 7pm.
