VZEN Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Field Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new industrial customers, managing existing clients, conducting regular market visits, generating business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers and B2B clients.
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and market development.
- Conduct regular visits to factories, manufacturing units, dealers and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell VZEN's industrial oils, lubricants, petroleum products, solvents and related products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly field visit and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Sales preferred.




- Experience in selling industrial products, lubricants, oils, chemicals, petroleum products or related products will be an advantage.
- Own Bike/Scooty is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence required.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong field sales and customer-handling ability.
- Willingness to travel across Kolkata, Howrah and Hooghly.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
