Position: Python Full Stack Developer
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Candidate Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai candidates only
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹4.0–₹5.5 LPA, depending on experience and technical expertise
Monthly Salary Cap: Up to ₹42,000 gross/fixed per month

About the Opportunity

We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently based in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai and have hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and deploying complete web applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python.
- Develop backend applications using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Build and integrate secure REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Work with databases and write optimized SQL queries.
- Design database structures, models, relationships, and application logic.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access, and security best practices.
- Debug and resolve frontend, backend, API, and database-related issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in application testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Use Git/GitHub for source-code management and collaborative development.
- Support application deployment and production-related troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal technical, management, and functional teams.




- Take ownership of assigned development modules from requirement gathering through deployment.

Mandatory Technical SkillsBackend Development

- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Django / Django REST Framework
- Flask and/or FastAPI
- REST API development and integration
- JSON and API authentication
- OOP concepts
- MVC / MVT architecture
- Error handling, debugging, and application logging

Frontend Development

- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript / ES6+
- Bootstrap or similar responsive UI frameworks
- Solid understanding of responsive web development
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js is highly preferred
- AJAX / Fetch API / Axios
- Frontend and backend integration

Database

- MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
- SQL queries, joins, functions, and database relationships
- Database design and normalization
- Django ORM / SQLAlchemy or equivalent ORM
- Database performance optimization

Development Tools

- Git
- GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
- Postman
- VS Code / PyCharm
- Linux command-line basics
- Virtual environments and Python package management

Deployment & DevOps Knowledge

Candidates should have basic practical exposure to:

- Linux servers
- Nginx / Apache
- Gunicorn / Uvicorn
- Docker basics
- Environment configuration
- Application deployment




- CI/CD fundamentals
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP will be an added advantage

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of relevant development experience.
- Strong practical experience in Python-based web application development.
- Ability to independently work on both frontend and backend modules.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, application architecture, and debugging.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.
- Candidates outside Mumbai / Navi Mumbai will not be considered for this requirement.

Compensation

CTC Range: ₹4.0 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA

Compensation will depend on the candidate's existing salary, experience, technical skills, and interview performance.

Maximum monthly fixed/gross salary budget: ₹42,000.
