About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Ayodhya Infra Equipment.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential customers and machine owners, generating genuine leads, explaining our services and following up with interested buyers and sellers.

This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in telecalling, sales, customer relationship management and business development within the construction equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, machine owners and sellers.
- Generate leads for buying and selling used construction equipment.
- Contact customers and understand their machine buying or selling requirements.
- Explain Ayodhya Infra Equipment's services to potential customers.
- Collect customer details, machine information and contact preferences.
- Follow up with interested buyers, sellers and prospective customers.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details and follow-up status.
- Update customer information in Excel, Google Sheets or the company's CRM.
- Identify genuine sales opportunities and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
- Build positive relationships with customers through skilled communication.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the internal sales team.
- Achieve daily calling,



follow-up and lead generation targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 0–6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support or business development can apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new people over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel/Google Sheets and internet usage.
- Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Willingness to learn about used construction equipment and the heavy machinery market.
- A positive attitude, patience and consistency in follow-ups.
- Candidates who are target-oriented and interested in sales are preferred.
