We are looking for a proactive and confident Direct Marketing Executive / Cold Caller / Lead Generation Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to identify potential clients and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through calling and direct outreach.
- Explain the company's services and offerings to prospective clients.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Follow up with potential clients to build interest and schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to convert leads into opportunities.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or direct marketing.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with potential clients.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professional conversations.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and lead management tools is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in an IT services or product-based company will be preferred.
- Freshers without relevant experience are not preferred for this requirement.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular outbound calling and lead generation activities.
