Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Textile Engineer to support textile production, weaving operations, quality control, and process improvement for safety-related textile products such as industrial harnesses and webbing. The candidate will assist in ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in textile production activities, including weaving, stitching, and finishing operations as applicable.
- Monitor production processes and ensure products meet specified quality standards.
- Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.
- Inspect raw materials,



yarn, webbing, and finished textile products for quality.
- Check fabric and webbing specifications, dimensions, strength, and defects as per requirements.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain production reports, quality records, and process documentation.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to reduce material wastage and production defects.
- Ensure proper utilization and basic maintenance of textile machinery.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain 5S standards on the production floor.

Pay: ₹21,700.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
