We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Acquisition Executive to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and social media activities. This job is not related to any sales or target based .
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
- Assist our sales team and coordinate with them for payment follow-ups.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Manage social media platforms and support online lead generation.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up regularly with prospects.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English & Malayalam is required.
- Knowledge of Tamil & Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Confidence in making cold calls and interacting with customers.
- Basic knowledge of social media management & Excel.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
