- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for plant machinery and equipment
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of plant equipment
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Analyze and improve production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage projects related to plant upgrades and modifications
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve equipment failures
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement and services
- Maintain documentation and reports pertaining to plant operations
- Provide technical support and training to plant staff

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
