Job Title: Technical Support & Sales Representative (Dashcams)

Location: On-site – Delhi Office

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for dashcams: installation guidance, troubleshooting, and usage training
- Contact transportation and logistics companies via phone, email, and CRM tools to identify needs and offer solutions
- Present TXT ELD’s dashcam and tracking products clearly and persuasively to potential clients
- Assist customers with onboarding, ensuring smooth product setup and integration
- Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and support tickets in the CRM
- Work closely with the Canadian team to ensure consistent service and follow-up
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with dashcam technology, competitor products, and transportation compliance requirements

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in technical support and/or sales (preferably in electronics, IT, or telematics)




- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with North American business hours
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an asset
- Knowledge of dashcams, telematics, or the North American trucking industry is a strong plus
