We are looking for a responsible and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales KPIs, including ATV, UPT, ABV, and conversion rate.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, billing, and daily reports.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Ensure proper grooming, uniform, punctuality, and discipline among staff.
- Monitor daily opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum qualification is Plus Two or Degree.
- 2–3 years of experience Experience in menswear or fashion retail is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing and inventory systems.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with good planning and time management skills.
