Distillery Operator

Experience: 2+ years | Shift: 3 rotational shifts

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Chemical, Mechanical, or related process discipline.

Preferred background: Hands-on operation of distillation columns or alcohol / ethanol process equipment preferred.

Key responsibilities

Operate distillation systems, heat exchangers, pumps, condensers and related process equipment.

Monitor temperatures, pressures, flow rates, column performance, reflux and product specifications.

Take routine process samples and coordinate testing with laboratory and quality teams.

Follow start-up, shutdown, cleaning and troubleshooting procedures while maintaining shift logs.

Coordinate with fermentation, boiler, MEE and utility teams to maintain stable production.

04 Fermentation Operator

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
