Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and hiring candidates for various technical and non-technical positions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Handle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions as per business requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and reporting.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in technical recruitment or manufacturing recruitment will be preferred.
