About the Role

Tathvik Siksha Private Limited is looking for a motivated, confident, and learner-focused Trainer who enjoys helping people develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their career goals.

The role involves conducting engaging online training sessions, explaining concepts clearly, researching relevant topics, preparing learning materials, and assisting with written applications and supporting documents. The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing training, research, and writing responsibilities while providing a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver well-organised, interactive online training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Explain concepts clearly in English and ensure learners understand the topics covered.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning abilities, needs, and levels of understanding.
- Encourage participation and create a supportive learning environment.
- Research relevant topics and prepare accurate, easy-to-understand learning materials.
- Draft and improve supporting information, written responses, and applications based on individual requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills and confidence.
- Keep training materials updated and identify opportunities to improve session quality.
- Assist learners with relevant written tasks and application-related requirements.




- Collaborate with the team and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining the quality of training and support.

Requirements

- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience in teaching, training, tutoring, or conducting classes.
- Ability to manage training sessions, encourage participation, and maintain learner engagement.
- Good understanding of effective teaching methods and practical learning approaches.
- Robust research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare clear, personalised written content and application responses.
- Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a professional approach.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage training, research, and writing tasks efficiently.
- Confidence in using digital tools for online research, document preparation, and virtual training sessions.

Educational Qualification and Preferred Experience

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Experience in job application support, interview preparation, career guidance, or professional development will be an advantage.




- Formal teaching or training qualifications are welcome.
- Candidates with practical teaching experience and solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
