About the role: A reliable childcare service depends on the quality and suitability of the professionals who join its network. As a Senior Supply Associate, you'll play a key role in strengthening how GoNanny sources, evaluates and onboards childcare professionals.

Beyond managing candidate pipelines, you'll focus on candidate quality, evaluation, onboarding readiness , process effectiveness and work closely with the leadership. You'll identify gaps, improve sourcing outcomes and help build a more consistent, dependable supply network.

Key responsibilities

- Independently source and engage nannies and childcare professionals through multiple sourcing channels.
- Manage the candidate pipeline from initial outreach through screening, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, availability, communication, suitability, and role requirements.
- Identify gaps in candidate supply and develop effective sourcing approaches to address them.
- Maintain accurate sourcing records and monitor pipeline progress, conversion, and turnaround time.




- Coordinate with operations teams to understand demand requirements and prioritise relevant candidate profiles.
- Identify recurring sourcing challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Support consistent candidate evaluation and quality across the sourcing process.

Requirements

- Approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience in frontline recruitment, blue-collar hiring, domestic staffing, caregiver recruitment, or supply sourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing pipelines independently.
- Strong candidate assessment, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining candidate quality.
- Comfort with recruitment trackers, spreadsheets, and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
