Fashion Stylist & Customer Experience Executive (TryIn Style Expert) Company: Skon Creations & TryIn Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Field-based / On-site Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Job Overview Skon Creations, specialising in Indian ethnic wear and Lucknowi Chikankari, along with TryIn, an at-home fashion try-on service, is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Fashion Stylist & Customer Experience Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in fashion, Indian ethnic wear, fabrics and personal styling. The role involves assisting customers with outfit selection, explaining garment and fabric characteristics, coordinating at-home try-on appointments and delivering a personalised shopping experience. Candidates with knowledge of Lucknowi Chikankari, textiles or fashion retail will have an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Assist customers in selecting outfits according to their preferences, occasions, comfort and personal style. - Conduct local customer visits as a TryIn Style Expert and guide customers through the at-home try-on experience. - Explain different fabrics, textures, garment features, fits and care instructions. - Develop product knowledge of Lucknowi Chikankari, including embroidery styles, patterns and craftsmanship. - Recommend suitable outfits, colour combinations and styling options for different occasions. - Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels. - Coordinate customer appointments, outfit selections, visits and follow-ups.



- Build positive relationships with customers and identify opportunities for referrals and local collaborations. - Assist with customer feedback collection and day-to-day service coordination. - Represent Skon Creations and TryIn professionally during customer interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong interest in fashion, styling and Indian ethnic wear. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of fabrics and garments, or a willingness to learn. - A friendly, confident and customer-focused approach. - Valuable organisational skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to travel locally within Vadodara for customer visits. - Ability to work independently and coordinate with the team. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Lucknowi Chikankari and traditional Indian textiles. - Experience in fashion retail, boutiques, ethnic wear, styling or customer service. - Educational background in Fashion Design, Textiles, Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
