Hiring: All-Rounder Café Chef – Dimsum Box, Dehradun

Dimsum Box, Rajpur Road, Dehradun is looking for a responsible, honest and skilled All-Rounder Chef to join our existing kitchen team. We already have a chef and a kitchen helper, and we are looking for a dependable team member who can work independently, maintain food quality and contribute to a positive working environment.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Rajpur Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Accommodation: Available for outstation candidates. Local candidates can commute from home.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare dimsum and momos, Chinese dishes, noodles, fried rice, pasta and café snacks.
- Handle breakfast items such as parathas, Chole Bhature, Maggi, bun omelette, bread omelette and toast.
- Prepare fresh food against orders while maintaining taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
- Work cooperatively with the existing chef and kitchen helper.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, proper storage and stock rotation.
- Control food wastage and follow recipes and portion standards.
- Manage orders responsibly during busy hours and keep the kitchen organised.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous restaurant or café kitchen experience preferred.




- Must be able to prepare multiple menu items and work independently.
- Honest, responsible, punctual and respectful towards colleagues.
- Should maintain discipline and a clean, peaceful and professional environment at the workplace and in the provided accommodation.
- Alcohol consumption during duty or on the restaurant premises/accommodation is not acceptable. Candidates must follow the workplace rules and respect the shared living environment.
- Must be willing to work as part of a team and take responsibility for assigned duties.
