Job Description

- Promise Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Python AI/ML Faculty Member to train students in Python Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- We are specifically looking for candidates with prior teaching or faculty experience in a computer training institute, coaching academy, college, or educational institution.
- The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, classroom management abilities, and experience teaching students through lectures, practical sessions, and live projects.
- Important: This is a teaching position, not a software development or IT developer role.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Python Programming from basic to advanced levels.
- Conduct classroom lectures and hands-on practical training in Python, AI, ML, and Data Science.
- Explain programming concepts, algorithms, and technical topics in a simple, student-friendly manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students through academic projects and practical assignments.
- Evaluate student progress and provide individual mentoring.
- Resolve students' technical doubts during classroom and lab sessions.
- Update teaching materials according to current industry trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python Programming and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.




- Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and basic statistics.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL, Data Analysis, and Data Visualization.
- Good presentation, communication, and student-handling skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Prior teaching or faculty experience is strongly preferred.
- Candidates who have worked as Python Faculty, AI/ML Trainer, Programming Instructor, Computer Faculty, or Technical Trainer are encouraged to apply.
- Experience teaching students in an institute, academy, college, or training centre is desirable.
- Candidates must be comfortable conducting regular classroom and practical sessions.
- B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. IT, M.Sc. Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
