Job Summary

As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and other aesthetic services. You will ensure a welcoming and skilled experience for clients, maintaining high standards of hygiene, customer service, and treatment quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional beauty treatments, including but not limited to:
- Manicures and pedicures (including nail art, gel polish, and nail care)
- Facials and skin treatments tailored to client needs
- Waxing, threading, and other hair removal services
- Makeup application and eyebrow shaping
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain a clean, hygienic,



and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building client loyalty
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Manage appointments and coordinate with the front desk for smooth operations
- Promote and sell beauty products to enhance client experience and meet sales targets
- Adhere to franchise protocols and guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
