We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to handle financial activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records.
- Review purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and periodic account summaries.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments, receivables, and vendor balances.
- Coordinate monthly and annual account closing activities.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting financial documents.
- Monitor expenses, identify discrepancies, and support cost-control measures.
- Coordinate with management, auditors,



and internal departments on accounting and financial matters.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to review financial records, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹23,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
