What You'll Do

- Build backend services: Design, develop, maintain, and improve backend services and REST APIs that power our SaaS platform.
- Integrate third-party APIs: Work with Amazon Ads API, Selling Partner API, and other external services, handling authentication, OAuth, pagination, rate limits, retries, and failures.
- Develop reliable data pipelines: Build and maintain data synchronization jobs and background workers that process advertising and sales data across multiple customer accounts.
- Design and optimize databases: Create efficient database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and improve performance through indexing and query optimization.
- Build scalable features: Develop backend functionality for analytics, campaign management, automation rules, and AI-powered recommendations.
- Improve performance and reliability: Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions.
- Write quality code: Develop tests, participate in code reviews, and follow a Git-based, pull-request-driven development workflow.
- Collaborate and take ownership: Work with the team to turn product requirements into reliable, maintainable software.

Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate practical experience building and maintaining backend systems in a production environment.

- Experience: At least 1.5 years of full-time, hands-on backend development experience. Internships, training, and frontend-only experience do not count toward this requirement.
- Node.js and JavaScript: Strong practical knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript,



with at least 1.5 years of skilled Node.js experience.
- Production SaaS experience: Experience working on a live SaaS product used by real customers for at least six months.
- Database expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one SQL database, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, along with practical exposure to a NoSQL database or Redis.
- API development: Experience designing and building REST or GraphQL APIs and integrating at least one third-party service.
- Background processing: Practical experience with background jobs, workers, queues, or asynchronous processing.
- Caching: Familiarity with Redis or similar caching mechanisms.
- Problem-solving: Ability to investigate backend issues, explain technical decisions, and deliver working solutions.
- Version control: Experience with Git and pull-request-based development workflows.

Good to Have

- Experience with Amazon Ads API or Amazon Selling Partner API.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud services, including BigQuery and Cloud SQL.
- Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda, SQS, and S3.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and large datasets.
- Working knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic familiarity with React.js or Angular, Tailwind CSS, HTML, and CSS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
