Job Responsibility :

Paid Campaign Management: Set up, run, and optimize targeted lead generation campaigns on Google Ads,

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn.

- SEO & SEM Execution: Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to drive organic visibility, keyword rankings,

and high-quality web traffic.

- Social Media & Branding: Curate and oversee the company’s organic social media presence across channels to

engage distributors, contractors, and retail consumers.

- Lead Funnel Optimization: Continuously review ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and lead forms via active A/B

testing to improve conversions and maintain low cost-per-lead.

- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Utilize platforms like Google Analytics to compile weekly performance reports

mapping out marketing spend, conversions, and exact ROI updates.

- Market Research: Keep track of industry design patterns, manufacturing market movements, and competitor

digital strategies to stay ahead.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven history managing professional digital marketing networks.
- Technical Tools: In-depth familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and

mainstream SEO discovery suites (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).

- Language & Communication: Outstanding written English copywriting capabilities to author creative ad text

alongside robust verbal clarity.

- Work Schedule Commitment: Absolute willingness to commit to the company’s 6-day (Monday to Saturday, 10:00

AM to 7:00 PM) working routine.

- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Communications, or a

related discipline.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
