Key Responsibilities – Junior Engineer (Civil)

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor civil works, including excavation, RCC, masonry, plastering, and waterproofing.
- Supervise finishing activities, including internal and external plastering, putty, painting, flooring, tiling, and skirting.
- Coordinate the installation of doors, windows, hardware, false ceilings, gypsum work, and other architectural finishing items.
- Supervise bathroom and kitchen finishing, including dado tiles, sanitary fixtures, CP fittings, and accessories.
- Coordinate electrical finishing works, including switches, sockets, light fixtures, and final electrical fittings.
- Monitor plumbing fixtures, drainage connections, and final plumbing installations.
- Ensure proper execution of waterproofing works and conduct water ponding tests wherever required.
- Inspect construction and finishing works to ensure proper alignment, line, level, joint finishing, and workmanship as per approved drawings and quality standards.




- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and other project team members to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship and report deviations for corrective action.
- Monitor daily work progress and prepare daily progress reports.
- Assist in quantity estimation, site measurements, material reconciliation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects and snags, and coordinate rectification works.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned construction and finishing activities as per project timelines.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, and other relevant project documentation.
- Assist in final inspections, snag-list preparation, defect rectification, and flat handover activities.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
