Job Description – Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Banashankari, Bengaluru
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager with at least 1 year of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and improving brand visibility across digital channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Create monthly social media content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to develop creative marketing materials.




- Run and monitor social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of content creation, reels, captions, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva and social media analytics tools is preferred.
- Good communication skills, creativity, and time-management abilities.

Working Days & Holidays

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Holiday: Every Sunday
- Additional Holidays: 1st and 4th Saturdays
