Key Responsibilities

- Supervise electrical installation, cable laying, cable termination and control panel erection.
- Coordinate PLC, SCADA, instrumentation and control panel installation activities.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project schedules.
- Manage technicians, electricians, subcontractors and site manpower.
- Coordinate with customer engineers, project managers and contractors.
- Check material availability, tools, consumables and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work completion reports and site documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and inspection activities.
- Coordinate site measurements, material requirements and work completion certifications.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, Electronics or Instrumentation.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation, industrial projects or automation works.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and cable schedules.




- Knowledge of cable laying, termination, panels and basic instrumentation.
- Experience in industrial plants, power plants or manufacturing facilities is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work at project locations.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and technical capability.
- Site travel allowance and other eligible expenses as per company policy.
- Accommodation or outstation allowances, where applicable.
