Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company helping clients find suitable residential and commercial properties for buying, selling, and renting.

Job Role

We are looking for a Presales Executive to join our team. The role mainly involves calling clients, understanding their property requirements, collecting basic property details, and matching them with suitable buyers, sellers, or rental opportunities. The candidate will also coordinate with the respective team and maintain regular follow-ups.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Call clients and understand their requirements for buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Collect basic details of residential and commercial properties, including location, budget, property type, and other relevant information.
- Match client requirements with available properties and suitable opportunities.
- Forward matched client and property details to the respective team for further processing.
- Update client information,



property details, and follow-up status in the assigned Google Sheet or records.
- Follow up with clients regularly to check their requirements and share relevant updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Any degree is preferred.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in presales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to speak confidently with clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow up with clients regularly.
- Knowledge of Kannada and English will be an advantage.

Salary and Incentives

- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
- Additional performance-based incentives will be provided along with the fixed salary.
