Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets by promoting, upselling, and cross-selling educational courses to prospective and existing students and parents through counselling, calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with parents and ensure timely collection of pending fees as per company guidelines.
- Support students throughout their complete journey by handling admission-related and administrative activities efficiently.
- Build robust relationships with students and parents, understand their concerns, and provide prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, internal processes, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines consistently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
