Core Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Appraise trade-ins, purchase pre-owned stock, price vehicles, and manage reconditioning and wholesale or auction activities.
- Sales & Budgeting: Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, and track metrics like stock age and profit margins.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and schedule sales executives and F&I; (Finance and Insurance) staff.
- Customer Relations: Oversee complex deals, handle escalations or complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Compliance & Operations: Ensure adherence to local, state, and national motor vehicle, finance, and warranty regulations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Typically 3 to 7+ years in automotive sales, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Skills: Solid negotiation, team motivation, inventory valuation, financial/math proficiency, and CRM/DMS software knowledge.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license and applicable regional auto sales or dealer licensing.

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
