Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices, tax invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills based on verified orders, rate contracts, and delivery challans. [1, 2]
- Payment Processing: Record and reconcile incoming payments received via bank transfers, cheques, credit cards, or online gateways. [1, 2]
- Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor customer and supplier ledgers, track pending or overdue balances, and send payment reminders. [1, 2]
- Dispute & Error Resolution: Investigate and fix billing discrepancies, rate mismatches, underpayments, or overpayments by coordinating with sales and customers. [1, 2]
- Statutory & Tax Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with local tax regulations, such as GST guidelines and statutory e-invoicing norms. [1, 2]
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly closing/balancing, generate aging reports, and support internal or external audit teams

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
