Job Description

"1. Integratable and releasable SW and Hardware (B-Sample, C-Sample, BMG, K-Matrix)
2. Continuous SW deliveries (in respect to project framework, like bi-weekly) regarding all variants
3. Process documentation according to ASPICE specification
4. Report of project status, budget and resources for the respective projects
5. Project high-level overview (with aligned KPIs) for each project incl. Major need to know, Hot topics and Escalation points
6. Project & Release Planning: Drive Program Increment (PI) planning, feature creation, and milestone tracking across the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
7. Engineering Support & Coordination: Coordinate technical dependencies for virtualization, memory layout, boot protocols, and system base architecture across guest partitions in the infotainment ECU
8. Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Manage tier-1/tier-2 supplier interactions, technical alignment, requirements engineering, and supplier nominations.
9. Quality & Issue Resolution: Oversee delivery verification, bug tracking, resolution planning, and cross-system performance troubleshooting.

Process Alignment: Facilitate Agile/Scrum execution rhythms, cross-functional syncs, and compliance with automotive safety/quality standards
11. Risk & Escalation Management: Proactively identify critical path roadblocks, establish mitigation strategies, and manage escalations between engineering teams and brand customers"

Job Requirement

"OS & Virtualization: Deep structural understanding of QNX, Linux, and Android Automotive OS (AAOS) running on hypervisor layers. Automotive Protocols: Solid knowledge of automotive bus systems (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet) and diagnostic/flashing protocols (UDS, DoIP). Processes & Compliance: Solid command of ASPICE quality standards and functional safety standards (ISO 26262). Methodologies: Expert-level mastery of Agile frameworks at scale (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and advanced administration of JIRA, Confluence, and code-management toolchains. Languages: Business fluent in English is mandatory. German is highly beneficial given CARIAD's stakeholder network."
