Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Solution Architect with 17-25 years of industry experience to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in C#, .NET, Azure-based solutions, contemporary databases, React.js, and Generative AI technologies, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Drive end-to-end backend development, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
- Design and optimize database solutions using Azure SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Build and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging RAG frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted development tools.
- Champion the adoption of GitHub Copilot and AI-powered engineering practices to improve developer productivity.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders,



and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and solution architectures.
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js.
- Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, performance tuning, and best practice implementation.
- Mentor technical teams and guide engineers on design patterns, coding standards, and cloud-native development.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, scalability, and operational excellence standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

- 16-25 years of overall IT experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale application development and modernization initiatives.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in:
