Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations of Mono Layer Extrusion machines.

· Plan and monitor production as per production schedules and customer requirements.

· Ensure proper machine settings, temperature, speed, pressure, and other process parameters.

· Monitor raw material consumption and minimize material wastage.

· Ensure production of film as per required thickness, width, GSM, and quality specifications.

· Identify and troubleshoot process and machine-related issues.

· Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production Planning teams.

· Supervise operators and helpers and allocate manpower effectively.

· Maintain production records, downtime reports, wastage reports, and shift-wise output.

· Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S in the production area.

The company will provide the following advantages to the selected candidate:





- Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
- Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
- Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.
- Job Location: Tema, Ghana, Africa.
- Air Ticket: The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
