Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage on-site execution activities for roofing and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in site supervision, drawing interpretation, material coordination, quality control, and project progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to roofing, PEB structures, and industrial construction.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings for accurate site execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Verify site measurements, material requirements, and material consumption.
- Inspect installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.




- Implement site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site-related documentation.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Track work progress, manpower deployment, and material availability.

Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in site execution or site supervision.
- Experience in roofing, PEB, industrial sheds, or sheet metal installation is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements, material management, and quality control.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in metal roofing, industrial sheds, PEB structures, roofing sheet installation, or industrial construction projects will be preferred.
