Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details as per the architect’s instructions and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site engineers.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, dimensions, and compliance with applicable building regulations.
- Maintain and organize project drawings and documentation.
- Assist the team with site-related drawings and technical clarifications when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.arch /Diploma in Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Attention to detail, time management & Coordination skills.
- Relevant experience in architectural drafting is preferred.
