Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Medical Coordinator to coordinate medical operations, facilitate communication between doctors and hospital departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical functioning. The ideal candidate should have a BAMS degree, valid medical registration, and relevant experience in hospital operations and patient care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day medical activities and ensure smooth clinical operations.
- Facilitate communication between consultants, doctors, nursing staff, and other hospital departments.
- Coordinate patient consultations, follow-ups, referrals, and clinical documentation.
- Monitor medical records, patient reports, and relevant hospital documentation.
- Assist in managing patient-related queries and resolving coordination issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with hospital administration to improve patient care and operational efficiency.




- Support the implementation of clinical procedures and maintain effective coordination between departments.
- Prepare medical reports, maintain records, and submit operational updates to management.
- Ensure professional communication and timely resolution of medical coordination matters.

Educational Qualification & Requirements

- BAMS degree is mandatory.
- Valid medical registration with the relevant medical council/competent authority is mandatory.
- Degree certificate and valid registration documents must be available for verification.
- Minimum 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nursing staff, and hospital administration.

Salary & Experience

- Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Salary will be offered based on qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the role.
