Job Title: Project Manager – ELV & Security Systems

Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / ECE / EEE / Networking or a related field.

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ELV and low-current systems to manage site execution, coordinate project teams, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise site execution for ELV and low-current systems.
- Plan daily site activities and arrange technicians, engineers, and subcontractor teams as required.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Handle site coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, material requirements, manpower allocation, and work schedules.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Prepare and review CAD drawings, as-built drawings, and shop drawings.
- Ensure quality standards, site safety, and project deadlines are maintained.

Required Technical Knowledge

- ELV systems
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- ACS (Access Control Systems)
- BMS (Building Management Systems)




- Structured Cabling and Networking
- FAPA (Fire Alarm & Public Address systems)

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (CAD).
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate manpower effectively.
- Positive understanding of installation and site execution procedures.
- Strong communication, planning, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ELV project execution.
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience in site supervision, team management, and CAD drawings.
