Job Title: Aluminium CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Aluminium CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines used for cutting, drilling, milling, routing, and machining aluminium profiles and components. The candidate must be able to read technical drawings, follow machine instructions, maintain dimensional accuracy, and ensure quality production.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines for aluminium profile cutting, drilling, milling, and routing.
- Read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and machining specifications.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements.
- Load CNC programs and make basic program adjustments where required.
- Ensure accurate cutting, drilling, and machining of aluminium components.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
- Maintain production quality and minimize material wastage.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and tool replacement.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and the quality control team.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience operating CNC machines, preferably for aluminium profiles.
- Basic knowledge of CNC controls, machine settings, and tool selection.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand measurements.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of machine safety and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in aluminium fabrication, architectural aluminium, or furniture hardware manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CNC cutting, drilling, milling, and profile machining.
- Familiarity with CNC programming or CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
- Experience in aluminium CNC machine (Glormax ATC Drilling M3) will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
