We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation & Guest Experience Executive to manage property reservations, guest communications, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth booking operations, deliver excellent guest service, and help maximize occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations for property units through multiple channels including OTAs, PMS systems, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about properties and assisting with reservation requests.
- Accurately calculate and manage pricing, discounts, commissions, and taxes when processing bookings.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and conflicts professionally and resolve issues quickly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all guest interactions.
- Be flexible to work beyond regular hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
- Manage in-house guest conflicts and incidents to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and B2B partners to drive business opportunities.
- Assist in setting up and managing concierge services for guests.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and help forecast room availability and occupancy levels.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for guest arrivals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services, upgrades, or experiences to improve property revenue
