Job Description – Store Executive

Department: Purchase & Stores

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and supplies.

* Manage stock inward, kitchen stock issuance, and inventory records.

* Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and follow FIFO/FEFO procedures.

* Coordinate with Kitchen, Culinary, Service, Housekeeping, and Operations teams.

* Plan material requirements in advance for events, including groceries, fruits, vegetables, non-veg items, packaging, and service materials.

* Handle approved local cash purchases and maintain supporting bills.

* Verify and submit vendor invoices to the Finance Department on time.

* Maintain proper documentation of all transactions in the Lucid or applicable inventory system.

* Ensure store maintenance and compliance with company SOPs and approval procedures.





* Prepare stock reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

* Valuable vendor coordination and communication skills.

* Experience in hospitality or catering operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
