Job Description – Barista (Part-Time) Job Title: Barista Work Type: Part-Time Work Location: Noida and Greater Noida Reporting To: Store Manager Working Hours – 9hrs per day including 1 hour break Age Criteria: 18 to 25 years Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC Appeared or Cleared) Purpose ofthe Role The Barista plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude and passion for the coffee industry. The role requires maintaining store standards, ensuring quality service, and creating a welcoming coffee experience for customers. Roles & Responsibilities 1. POS & Billing Receive and process customer payments. Accurately handle cash and credit card payments as per SOP. 2. Customer Service Follow the 6 Customer Touch Points: Welcome, Take Order, Service Order, After Service Follow-up, Clearing, and Service Recovery. Follow HEART steps (Hear, Empathise, Apologize, Respond, Thank You) during service recovery. Create a coffee atmosphere by performing coffee tastings (once per shift). Describe menu items, suggest and upsell products. Serve all items as per Service Delivery Time SOP. Take customerfeedback to maintain store targets. Inform customers about the TWC Mobile App and encourage registrations. 3.



Internal Process & Store Operations Ensure FDU setup as per standards; maintain clean and well-stocked food display. Set up stations as per standard layout. Follow FIFO method and maintain day dots. Prepare and serve food, hot and cold beverages as per SOP. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and new launches. Maintain clean and sanitized workstations. Clean service, seating, storage areas, and equipment. Receive and store dry and food products properly. Package delivery orders as per SOP. Adhere to MRDs and outlet closing procedures. 4. Learning & Compliance Be aware of daily duty roster and deployment. Understand chemical usage, dilution, and safety guidelines. Follow grooming standards and handwash SOPs. Adhere to health and safety guidelines. 5. General Responsibilities Clean utensils and equipment as required. Handle and maintain equipment properly. Maintain punctuality and regular attendance. Contribute to a positive team workplace.
