About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales, Technical, and Project Management teams to understand client requirements, deliver tailored product demonstrations, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Demos: Understand client requirements, identify business challenges, conduct customized product demonstrations, and address technical queries.
Proposal & Documentation: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, product datasheets, corporate decks, API documentation, and other supporting documents.
Requirement Analysis: Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Requirement Specification Documents (RSDs), and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
POC Coordination: Coordinate Proof of Concept (POC) activities with Technical and Project Management teams, including requirement documentation and technical enablement.
Technical Presentations: Develop presentations for client meetings, product demonstrations, investor pitches,



and strategic partnerships.
Research & Analysis: Conduct preliminary research on emerging technologies, market trends, competitor solutions, and potential business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Project Management, and other internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications
Any degree
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Valuable understanding of software products, APIs, integrations, and technical workflows.
Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.

We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding client challenges, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver the right solution.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
